Well done to both of you , its 1 year 9months for me tomorrow since I quit after being a heavy smoker for 40 odd years
It was me posting my one year with out smoking that prompted the chat and led to you stopping LaLa :)
I don't get headaches anymore either , but never put the two together . I also have cut down my coffee from about 8 mugs a day to just one , just don't fancy it any more .:D plus I don't have those horrid coughing fits !

I remember,See what we do to each other:T:T:TI owe you a lot for that as it's one of the best things I've ever done:TThe one thing that does amaze me know is how much I hate the smell of cigarette smoke:eek::eek:and stale cigarette smoke is disgusting. I think MrLala is on the verge of giving up too;)Can't push him too much because he can be a stubborn sod but have a feeling he's just getting there(Probably because theirs a total no smoking ban in our house now and he's getting fed up watching the tv in the garage):rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Had a feeling it wouldn't, it was showing @ £3.98 on A.com just before I was intending to go and stock up, thanks for confirming my instincts were right though:(:(

I was actually going to get the extra strong but although that showed as £2 on MyS it was OOS on A.com so don't think that would have compared either but at least it would have been N/A

I remember the stopping smoking journey you had inkilala - gave you lots of encouragement, esp when you wavered slightly. well done you for sticking with it - as i am also an ex smoker I know how hard it is BUT isn't it lovely to be free of the weed:T:T:T:T:T:T:T

Sorry guys am a bit slow on the uptake but if I get 3 of the Kellogs variety packs from T's at 2.09 I will get a petrol voucher and a price promise for them? Obviously have to get some other bits but am I right? We are going away in 2 weeks so could fill up the car now.
