Morning all, sunny day here today :) stocked up on cereal at the weekend to get my petrol vouchers, off on hols to Dorset at the end of the week so will fill up with petrol just before we go! Any recommendations of places to visit whilst we are down there? DS1 and DS2 are already excited about the tank museum :D
Had a very poorly cat yesterday :( rushed her to the vets and it was touch and go for a while but she seems a bit better today thankfully. Was a bit taken aback at how emotional i got yesterday at the thought of having to have her put to sleep if she got any worse. Its not until you think you may lose a pet you realise how emotionally attached you are.
Chocolate always makes me feel better!

I stopped smoking 14 weeks ago thanks to the advice and supportI heard people on here giving to others that were trying to stop. Never thought I would be able to do it as have smoked for 36 years and I was a heavy smoker, Im not saying it has been easy but I just keep thinking about all the money that I am not waisting on them! :j

Well done:T:T:T it does get easier doesnt it? Bet you're noticing a difference financiallly now:)
Well done you am about to try it myself after 30yrs and i just hope i can do it.
Bought the Allen Carr book so here's hoping it works:)

Go for it:T:T:TTomorrow I'm 9 months nicotine free and I smoked for nearly 30 years and was a heavy smoker:o:o:oTruly if I did it anyone can, I used T's lozenges and they really helped and I still use them sometimes now but getting less and less.Everyone finds their own way of doing it and I love that I don't smoke anymore.I get no sinus problems anymore and it's really rare I get headaches anymore either, and I used to get them most days:(
    Rescued these today............... :)

Well done to both of you , its 1 year 9months for me tomorrow since I quit after being a heavy smoker for 40 odd years
It was me posting my one year with out smoking that prompted the chat and led to you stopping LaLa :)
I don't get headaches anymore either , but never put the two together . I also have cut down my coffee from about 8 mugs a day to just one , just don't fancy it any more .:D plus I don't have those horrid coughing fits !
