I will do that, at the minute I really don't feel strong enough. I'm going though quite a lot and although I know deep down I'm using what I'm going through as an excuse not to quit, I honestly don't feel I would be able to give it my all. I know besides feeling a lot better myself, my bank balance certainly wouldI reckon you should change your signature and make a new pledge, lesley
You'd get all the support you'd need from the guys on this thread, especially those who have already made that choice - and think of the money you would save:money: :money:
I will try real hard to get into the right frame of mind and set a new quit date, sooner rather than later. Thank you so much 3dogs for spurring me on again to want to think about quitting. 0 -

Cool. Go open the window and hang out, watching the sky for big forks. Pray for one to hit really close!
It'll make you jump out of your skin and the hairs on your neck stand up, but it'll make you feel soooo alive! Brilliant feeling you won't forget in a hurry.
I've seen lightening strike ground within 200 yds of me twice.......its brilliant. Scarey of course but an amazing feeling.0 -

Go buy alan carrs book "easy way to stop smoking".......you can read it while you continue to smoke which is its forte!

Cookieraider thing someone said the larger size coco pops 550g is £1.34 from tomorrow
By my calculations 9 would cost £12.04 and would get you 2 petrol vouchers
An alternative perhaps?
Edit maybe not as good
£12 spend would mean initial outlay of £24 and £12 jtd for 12 boxes of the smaller size but would get you 4 petrol vouchers for the same spend
Mmmmmm
Might sleep on that one lol
Night!GRATITUDE WHEN GIVEN, PATIENCE WHEN DENIED
