1. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years and over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Tesco, their agents, or anyone professionally connected with these prize draws
2. The prize promotion is open from Thursday 2 August 2012 and closing date for receipt of all entries is 11.55pm Friday 31 August 2012.
3. There is one prize of a Samsung UE46ES5500 46inch 1080p HD LED SmartTV with Freeview HD & USB Playback Record and 10 x blinkbox credits worth £10 to be redeemed at blinkbox. The Samsung Smart TV will be sent to the first person drawn at random by a computer verified system after the closing date. The blinkbox credits will be awarded to the next 10 people drawn at random by a computer verified system after the closing date.
4. Only one entry per household. No third party or bulk entries are permitted. Multiple entries will result in disqualification. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using any means to circumvent this condition that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize will be void.
5. Entry is online only. Entrants must provide a full mailing address with postcode at point of entry.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries which are incomplete, delayed, corrupted, damaged or not received for whatsoever reason. Proof of entering will not be accepted as proof of receipt of entry.
7. The TV winner will be notified by email or telephone. All blinkbox runner-up winners will be notified within 28 days of the closing date. If an email is returned for whatsoever reason all due effort will be made to contact the winner but if this cannot be done within a further 28 days, or if the prize cannot be taken for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will take place.
8. The blinkbox runner-ups will need to provide their blinkbox email address. Any runner-up without a blinkbox account will need to open an account in order to receive the £10 credit prize. Once the blinkbox email has been confirmed, the account will be credited with £10.
9. Winners may be requested to provide proof of ID and address. Proof of address must be in the name of the person who has entered the prize draw.
