TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 and over. Entries limited to one per person, no bulk or third-party entries permitted. Promoter and Promoter Franchise employees and members of their family are excluded from this competition.
2. Entry is gained by correctly answering the competition question and providing all requested information, by 10th August 2012. Closing date for receipt of all entries is 10th August 2012. Incomplete or partial entries will be excluded from the competition.
3. There will be 1 winner drawn receiving a prize of a £150 gift card. The winner must come to Clarks Village to collect their prize
4. The winner will be drawn at random from the winning entries. Each winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. The prize may be withdrawn from the said winner and a new winner may be drawn if the prize is not accepted within 14 days of notification.
5. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered and the prize is not transferable. The promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.
6. Winners names will be posted on the Clarks Village Facebook Wall and you consent to our use of your personal information for this purpose. The winners' names will also be available 28 days after closing date by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to the address below.
7. Each winner may be required to take part in publicity resulting from this draw without entitlement to any financial reward.
8. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook and participant's information is provided to the promoter and not to Facebook. Accordingly, participants release Facebook from all responsibility or liability in respect of this competition
