soundproofing- jack of all trades?

I've been getting some quotes for soundproofing a wall between my living room and my very noisy neighbours... it's a Victorian building and that side seems particularly thin.
My question is this- I have had 2 very similar quotes, but the difference is that one company say they will plaster the wall afterwards and refit the radiator, ("we do this all the time" he said) while the other say I will have to pay for a heating engineer and a plasterer separately. I did mention that the other company would do everything for me, but they said it was best for me to make sure it was all done by experts and made it sound like the first guys were being unprofessional.
Anyone got any thoughts? Is moving a radiator something that needs to be done by someone trained? I don't want to end up with a dog's dinner, but at the same time it would be much easier to just have it all done by one person, and would probably save about £200.

Company 1 are being more professional. They are giving you a complete service so you have one point of contact and one bill to pay. They will get one guy to do the sound proofing, one to plaster and a plumber to fit the radiator.
The second guy simply can't be othered to do the other parts of the work so effectively is slagging off ompany 1.
If you have concerns, ask company 1 for references and ask them if different trades do different parts if the job.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0 -

Thanks, but I think company 1 will be doing it all, i.e. not getting a plumber but doing it themselves, which is what I was worried about.... suppose I need to check with them0
