There will be 1 (one) Winner, who will receive a prize that consists of a pair of General Admission Tickets (supplied in the form of an E-ticket) to all Wales Home World Cup Qualification Games in 2012 and 2013. 4. The Winner of the Competition shall be decided on 24 August 2012 by an independent judge appointed by the Promoter for this purpose, based upon those who answered the question correctly, and who the judge feels gave the most suitable answer to the Tie-Breaker (if required). The Winner will be notified via his/her email or mobile phone within 3 days of the judge’s decision. The decision of the independent judge is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 5. If the Promoter is unable to contact the Winners within 24hrs of the judge’s decision or if a Winner refuses the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right (without liability therefore) to award the Prize to another Contestant, certified by the independent judge, in accordance with the principles set out in Condition 4.
