Courier problems collect plus

Having problems with Collect +. I sent something via this courier and the tracking number says delivered. I sold this item on Amazon and the buyer said they have not receive the item. I checked with collect plus and they gave me a name for the person who signed for the delivery which the buyer did not recognise and complained to Amazon. Amazon refunded the buyer and took £44 pound from my credit card to pay for this. Collect plus are in the process of interviewing the member of staff that delivered the item but after 4 days I am having trouble getting an answer from collect plus. The buyer has no book and has a refund from Amazon directly, I have no book and I am £44 down because Amazon have taken the money from my credit card and collect plus are not replying, great !!!!:(

    May be the same person?

    I like having company reps on the boards - it can cut out so much faffing around with complaints :) (if they're brave enough to put themselves forward :D)
