I received my letter 31st July with amount £2050 being sent out to me by cheque. I called up on the 7th Aug and was told the cheque was sent out 2nd post on the 2nd Aug..it's now 14th and still no cheque! I'm getting slightly worried now!! I'm thinking do I call them back and ask them to cancel that one and re-send or is this normal??0

No mail service in e uk should take that long for just a letter. I'd probably call them and ask to have another cheque sent out. If your claim is with a bank it might be worth asking them to send it to your local branch for collection if you're concerned with it going missing in the post again.0
