Capitial One offer & revoke?

Options
Hi,

Im after some advise please. I have had a few credit cards with Capital One over the past 10 years opening them paying them off and silly getting another.
I have made 2 claims onf previous cards that have no closed. I have one current active card.
:j
I have been made 2 separate offers for the 2 closed accounts and the offer letters state the following:

One we recive the form we will ofset any refund against any outsatnding defaulted balance or over the limit account, within 10 working days. By defaulted balance we mena any balance outstanding after the credit facitilty has been revoked!
Its does then say and remainign balance will be refudned by cheque within 2 days

This is where im sure does this mean against the acount i am caliming against or does this mean with will take it off my currect card where i have a balance although this is not over limit or in any arears. WHat i dont wnat to happen is for them to lcose the card and i suddenly owe them £800. The offers are only £200 and my balnce is approx £1000.

Many Thansk Lisa
