BEWARE of ETA Travel Insurance renewal!

I was incredulous, outraged and furious when I opened my renewal
quote from ETA Travel Insurance this morning. We have never thankfully had to make a claim so were gobsmacked to say the least that our quote has gone up from £70 to (drum roll) £380, yes, you read it right £380 for exactly the same kind of insurance.
I understand everything rises each year, but I think this really an abuse.
Check your renewal policies, otherwise you could get a very nasty shock

Sounds like the usual trying it on with an auto renewal and hoping you don't notice practice. Very common unfortunately. I hate it when greedy insurance firms do this.
Shop around a bit, get some quotes comparable with last year's and then phone them to match it. If they can't, take your custom elsewhere."So long and thanks for all the fish" :hello:0
