I was thinking of applying for the loyds credit card thought the online Internet banking part. Wanted to know will this result in a credit search or is thi soley based on account activity and conduct?

No you will be credit searchedFor everthing else there's mastercard.

How long have you had your current account with Lloyds, is it your main one?Can I find out my credit score?You do not have a single credit score or rating. Different organisations take different information into account when working out your credit score and may have different scores for different products. (Kindly from Experian)0

Anyway, to the OPs question, from my experience (although not with LTSB) they'll still search you - NatWest always have done for me...0 -

Internal ratings give an indication that with a clean credit file what facility might be offered - all lending applications for cards will be credit scored.0 -

However they do get a regular feed from the credit reference agencies each month. Also whenever we have applied for a loan online with Lloyds we have never been credit searched but they appear to do a credit search if you go via a branch.0
