Hi there i am planning to put an electrical plug outside. But i don't know if i should connect it straight to the fuse box, or in a loop with another interior plug.

as long as the outside bits are suitably waterproof and protected by an RCD then either is acceptable so go for the easiest0

I think you will find its called a socket and if you dont know how to do it then maybe you should not be attempting it.
I think this sort of work is supposed to carried out by a qualifed person.
If its outside it must be RCD protected. After all accidents do happen. There are all sorts of tests that must be carried out before you can loop off of an exsisting circuit.
If I was you I would look on the niceic. website and look for a suitablly quialifed person.CUT OFF DATE FOR XMAS 2008 1st NOVPB £17.87, Ipoints 3907, QUIDCO £217.94,SHOP&SCAN 1950, LITESPEED 1265,PINECONE £8,BOOTS £18.62, IPSOS 1190, VALUED OPINIONS £19.25,MISC SURVEYS CLICK THROUGH ACCS ETC £23,0
