Is it possible to cancel your egg card and re apply straight away to get the 0%.. tried looking on this http://new.egg.com/visitor/0,,3_84106--View_1763,00.html but not sure? can anyone help?

Your details would be stored and any attempt at opening a new account for at least 6 months (perhaps even longer) would bring up your existing details, unless of course you change your name, address and re-register under voters roll.0 -
