I want to know when Renters insurance policy covers the Home damages.When should we know about this?Should we wait any disasters with us?Or we should do Renters insurance policy without any disaster

    This is a UK-based site: if you are in the USA then look elsewhere, because legal systems are different there.

    The English word for someone who rents a place to live is "tenant".

    If you are taking out insurance, it is a good idea to read the policy in order to find out what is covered and what is not.
