EDF Gas Billing

Thanks for all the replies, and of course I did keep some money aside, as I knew eventually I would be billed. However part of me was a bit loathed to pay the whole amount off at once, even though I could afford to, because I'm quite annoyed at the way EDF have not communicated with me at all regarding the billing/computer issues.
I heard nothing from them and then out of the blue I receive a large bill from them, when the error was on their side. I now have received a revised bill, and they appear to have deducted £30 as a goodwill payment.

I was with them on online Saver seven dual fuel pay on receipt of Bill never received the gas bill part for over 12 months complained to the ombudsman awarded £80 with the promise it would be sorted they sent me a manual bill for the 12 months which I paid which came to £480 but it was credited to my electricity account,
When the online Saver seven came to an end the same thing happened with my electricity account could not receive a bill,
EDF are a total shambles I have since changed to the co op as I couldn't be bothered with all the hassle I've had my final bill for the electricity which looks to be a shambles to with e-mail apology for the delay in my final gas bill I am not looking forward to dealing with them over sorting out my final bills
