Tesco click & collect: their mistake, but my leg work !

Bl**dy useless Tesco - am really quite annoyed at the moment
-ordered a click & collect parcel, ready to pick up last Saturday
- picked up parcel, arrived home, found that it was an order for another customer
- alerted Tesco's who requested that I return the incorrect item & pick up my orginal parcel
- hubby tried to do this this evening, customer services assistant refused saying that she "didn't know how to process a return"
- called up customer services, who then asked me to go back to store for a THIRD time to try again/speak to duty manager
(oh, another option would be for me to go to a post office, and return the incorrect item by post, and just get a refund for my own items as they'd be returned after non pick-up )
I suggested that they need to get a member of staff to come & pick up the item & return my original item rather than request that I make a 3rd trip for them. tesco online customer services can't authorise this & have to speak to the manager of the store in question directly (am waiting for this call back now to confirm).
So much for customer satisfaction!
