Left positive feedback, but just realised item is SNAD!

Hi all.

Just received an item of clothing described as BNWOT from eBay. It was far too big for me and also fit oddly, so I plan to resell. I left the seller positive feedback, but then upon looking for stock photos of the item (well-known brand and range), realised that the item was missing a significant attachment (which explained the odd fitting).

I have emailed the seller and asked if they still have this attachment, given as the item was sold as BNWOT. The piece of clothing was definitely always sold with the attachment, so the seller couldn't have purchased the clothing without it.

If seller says no - can I raise a SNAD even though I have left positive feedback?
