Unsurprisingly, I never got the chocolates.
Have sent a letter of complaint to the freepost address, not spending more money on phone calls chasing a free item!
I asked for the chocolates or a reasonable replacement to be delivered asap.
Today they have given me a £2 credit, even though i've not been billed for the Lindt.
Watch this space!
