Rang them and chocolates will be delivered on my next delivery day (which is Wednesday) and they will sort it so i'm not charged.

Apparently they were cancelled by the milkman, however that works or why I don't know!

I like these little offers but I must say the service is awful! I always have stuff missing or damaged and the milkman never uses my milk minder for some unknown reason. I order if there's an offer or discount but wouldn't even consider putting in a regular full priced order after all the problems I've had.

And they got rid of the lovely flavoured milk they used to do!

Mine all came this morning which is good. What is not so good is that they were delivered at 3:40 this morning and the milkman no longer uses an electric milk float but a very noisy transit van which I think must have woken up half the street in the 10 minutes it sat with the engine running outside our house:eek:
Glad I only use when there is a bargain to be had:D

Chocolates yet again were not delivered today. Guess I will be phoning them again and being disappointed on my next delivery day (Friday).

EDIT: Customer service line down. Hope to be back up and running tomorrow.

So that's 3 calls and counting (they cut me off yesterday) trying to get my free chocolates.

Managed to place an order using the £5 off a £10 spend & the free chocolates.
Order arrived today but the crisps were unavailable but they messed up with some of the other items,
I should have had the golden crunch creams and jam cream biscuits but instead got ginger biscuits and robinsons squash. So the ginger biscuits could be a replacement for one lot of biscuits (doesn't say replacement on delivery note) but giving squash instead of biscuits?

After another call yesterday to see if they were open (weren't), managed to speak to someone today. They are going to try and deliver the chocolate again Monday, but looking online they haven't given me a £2 credit, so if they do arrive I willl be paying for an item which should have arrived free.

Which ever way it goes Monday they are getting a letter of complaint. If I get the chocoaltes and are charged that isn't right, and if they don't arrive yet agan that isn't good enough. Paid for 4 phone calls now am not phoning again.
