Hi - hope you can help.

I'm in the process of starting a small home ironing service. I'm planning to just use a cash book to document my financial details. Is this enough? Also I will be using my vehicle to collect and drop off ironing - is there a simple way I can allow for this in my costings?

It is basically a collection spreadsheets someone has created for sole traders. I did look at winweb.co.uk but after doing an online chat with them, i felt it would not be that easy to produce the reports at the end of the year for me to easily fill in my own tax return.
