Hi Moozie and co
Really sorry, it's after one in the morning and I've had the most hectic day ever. I have spent my £ 5.00 this week and would like to try £ 5.00 again next week. Thanx so much. Hope you all had a lovely weekend. Just wish it could be payday soon, four more days to go. TG! It's been a long month!
Thanx

My budget flew out of the window for this week already, but for a good reason... I got a job! YAY!
Had to dash out and buy a pair of black pants and a white shirt (no, I really don't own any.... I own very little stuff, when I moved to Aus I fit everything in 1 suitcase!). So I spent $12, I didn't exactly splash out though, I went to a charity shop. Also got a new deodorant, but that was with a gift card I had. So, I start work tomorrow. It's only part time, and I have no idea how many hours yet, but hell, even a few is better than nothing.
So I'll revise my budget to a whopping $20 in total for this week (which is about 8 pounds, so not as bad as it sounds).Softstuff- Officially better than 0070 -
Well, I've only just updated the first post and there are far too many of us in red! Come on people, let's get our act together this week! We can do it :j
Also....
A huge welcome to the newcomers!
Nicola, never apologise for starting the 'how much...' These can quite comfortably be separate threads anyway
LIH, hope you feel better very soon :grouphug:
Softstuff, congratulations!!! That must be a weight off your shoulders! Really happy for you :T Now make sure the $4.50 for the job hunting press gets re-directed wisely

Hi sorry I am late - too tired to be on the PC last night

Anyway budget for last week was £10 and I spent only £3.10 of it - yeh.
This week setting a budget of £25 as I know I am out on Friday for the day with my friend and her kids so see how it goes. Budget for shopping will be £30 this week and already spent £13.52 :eek:0 -
Please can I join too? As the week is half gone I'll set myself £5 between now and Friday
Just had a thought though...if I break into the £5 note and get £2 coins or 20p's in my change and have to save them they're gonna have to be counted as spent too!!! not a great start on my first week, but completely justified... my mum broke her arm and the extra spend was on sending her flowersHoliday Savings = £270.00Credit Card = -£903.41Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 400 - Proud To Be Dealing With My DebtsLast Update 23rd October 20070
