I've found this website to be good on quotes:

Try a company like Coverbox? Its 'pay as you drive' insurance so might help keep the premium down!
I thought my insurance was expensive back in the day (£1250 for a 1.2 Renault in 2007!)0 -
Premium down can also be a case of customer service down,
But the cost to make changes UP.
Some of the black box policies are inflexible. Buy with caution.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
there may be one other way of lowering your premium.try ramping the volantury part of th exsess up as high as you can , then buy exsess insurance from these guys http://www.insure4excess.com/motorExcess.asp?curID=1&langID=1&refID=100&subRefID=
for £59 you can get a policy to cover upto £750 exsess.
i've not tryed this method but common sence says it should work.
good luck0 -

So it maybe a waste of money.
Last time i looked it was nearly £150 for the pass plus and you saved £100 ?
wow, you were majorly overcharged for pass pluss! mine only cost £48.
I got my insurance with aviva as they were cheapest on comparison prices, but i also rang them and managed to shave £200 off the price by mentioning pass plus and the stupidly long time i've had my provisional licence!
hope you manage to get something a little cheaper!LBM: January 2012
