I drink a bottle a night (cans now as they are on offer), I don't drink much so have to force it down but I can really notice the difference in my tiredness, I am borderline anemic and the tablets made no difference, now I've read the above about how its brewed I'm wondering of its all in my head:undecidedAll power is from within and therefore under our control0
