The claims handler is reacting to information supplied by your GP. Attacking Aviva when it is clear that your GP is at fault seems illogical.
Your GP needs to rectify this ASAP and Aviva will review the case once the correct information is supplied.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). Agree with dunstonh, it sounds much more like your GP that you should be complaining about. Mixed up medical records could cause a much bigger problem than simply a monitory one too!0
