PPI Reclaim - account Number required

Hi, I have recently completed the PPI reclaim forms from this site and sent it off to the provider of a credit card that i had 10 years ago. I had recieved a credit report from Expedia and as this card was listed on it i completed the PPI reclaim form. The creidt report had the last 4 digits of the credit card on there, but not the full number. I proceeded to put these 4 numbers on the form - stating that the credit card ended in the numbers. I have since had a respons from the provider saying that they are acknowledging the complaint, however i need to provide them with the full account number. As it was 10 years ago, i dont have this information, but i would have thought that the banks would keep records of all customers? No matter how long ago it is? Can anyone give me advise please?! Thank you!
