Trying to get Sovereign Housing to repair your house is like pushing Jelly through a needle. Not impossible but takes forever and is a right mess.
Ive emailed called and written letters over the past year to 18 months and nothing. Never get call backs or responses.
Short of turning up on the doorsteep and refusing to move from the office until they do the repairs I am at a loss as to what to do.
I remember seeing on these forums a guy who could find all sorts of Cheif Exec email addresses. Is this person still around. Apparently Ann Santry is the Cheif Exec of Sovereign Housing but I have no idea what her email is.
Any help would be appreciated as I feel like this is my last shot to get the walls fixed before the roof falls in!

One day some company will do what they say they will do and charge a fair charge.:T
Not doing the opposite of that which they promise and charge you a fortune for the privileged.
Or maybe not:mad:

I'd speak to your council as much as they have passed the responsibility onto the HA they still have some responsibility so it's worth speaking to them to see what your next step could be.
They also must be monitored by someone for delivery of service. If you can find out who that is you make be able to complain directly to them.'The More I know about people the Better I like my Dog'
