Hello,
I hope someone can help with this query.
I am using AOL as my internet provider and Windows XP.
Recently I've noticed that when I click on links on pages on the internet, a new page opens up but it's just white and blank. It has the title of the page "abc etc.pdf" at the top in the title bar but none of the information. It happened just this morning when I tried to look at Nationwide interest rates but has happened on several other pages too.
Please does anyone know why this is and if I need to change some settings to get pages to open properly?
Many thanks in advance.
Regards

Make sure you have the PDF plugin installed for whatever browser you are using. (Preferably Firefox).0

remove adobe and replace it with this free and less bloated pdf viewer

Many thanks to Moneymaker and Browntoa for your replies.
How do I make sure I have the "plug in installed", Moneymaker? Not sure how/where to look for this. If it isn't installed then any tips on how I can install it - is it something I would download?
Browntoa how do I get rid of adobe to replace it as you suggest? Are there any risks in downloading the PDf reader you suggest and once done will it affect anything else or just solve my problem?
Many thanks - sorry for the further questions.
