Cleaning con...

Options
My girlfriend and I recently moved out of a rented flat in Reigate. Before we left we got the place 'cleaned' by The Reigate Cleaning Company.

It was their advertised end of tenancy clean. by the time they had finished the letting agents independent inventory company had come in and then let us know how terrible a job had been done.

They hadnt delivered on half of the things advertised. It was so bad the letting agent is having to have it cleaned again.

Unfortunately, half way through the clean (after being pressurised by the lady) my girlfriend paid for the service.

I have subsequently tried calling them (no answer) and I have sent several polite well structured e-mails, along with a copy of the independent report which clearly states how terrible the job was.

Id like an idea on
a. where I stand in relation to getting my money back
b. what should I do next (I have their address, but not sure if face to face confrontation is the way forward)

Mainly what Id like to do is warn anybody else against this company and also ask if anybody has had a similar experience...
