Ebay Payment Scams

Hey all,
I'm selling a galaxy tab2 on ebay, another user emailed me and offered me way over the asking price to buy it now and take it off auction.
I agreed to the price and said I would take it down once I have recieved the money.
Next day I get an fake paypal email to say the money has been transfered and another from the buyer with delivery instructions (nigeria). Upon logging into my paypal account and checking I realised there has been no money transferred.
The Item is still in the auction I've not taken it down.
Anyone else had a similar experience?
Who do I report this person to?
