Recovering PPI from Barclays

Hi, I have a current ongoing PPI claim against Barclays which I started on behalf of my mum! She was successful and was awarded £7,000 however, that was 8 months ago and now everytime we send an acceptance form back they keep saying they have not received it. Has anyone else experienced this and if so what have you done about it! I have threatened to go to ombudsman but this has not at all phased them.
