Yes they are poisonous, but only if you lick them or eat them. So if anyone offers you a 'Cane Toad Lollipop' just politely refuse.:rotfl:

I'll let you all know a little secret. Day 9 from the book is dedicated to the Cane Toad, so keep an eye out!;)
