I've just checked the T&C's and all I can find related to charges for online entries is when users access the webpage via Mobile Internet - in which case you'll be charged an entry fee plus normal network charges.
However, there is no charge if you're entering via the link in the OP from a normal PC / laptop / tablet etc connected via standard internet connection or wi-fi.
My internal monologue needs new writers.
