Santander - Telephone Banking

I've recently opened a Santander ISA but in addition to that some e-saver accounts, just wondering for every account you open do you have to have a different customer ID for telephone banking? With other banks you just have the one but it appears Santander have already sent me 3 different Customer ID's, they all state Letter 1 of 2 so guessing going to get additional telephone banking security number in the second letter.
But its a bit mad sending me several customer id's.

Appears a banking error, was opening a number of accounts at the same time which resulted in several customer id's being created.0

I got 5 of those, every time I opened a new account online. But I never got to use any of them, always stupid questions which are hard to asnwer. That's why I now deal with everything by "secure message" or going in branch.0
