Imagine someone holding forth on biology whose only knowledge of the subject is the Book of British Birds, and you have a rough idea of what it feels like to read Richard Dawkins on theology: Terry Eagleton

Income Support wouldnt have just been taken off you

Condition of entitlement is IB, and you would be entitled to I.S.
Have you savings over 16k, pension or other income, second property, working over 24hrs etc

    Do you own/rent your property?
Do you/both claim state pension/private pension?
Have you put a claim in for council tax benefit?
    Do you have any savings?

If you rent your property then put in a claim for housing benefit. If you own it then you wont receive any help with the mortgage as far as i am aware.

Why is your partner not working? Or do you both receive IB?

Benefits arent just removed for no reason, please give a little more info.
