kgbdeals : SCAM..any advice?

I bought four memory pillows using a kgbdeal voucher and costing £30. They were from Zenbedrooms and took five weeks to arrive. When they did the quality is appalling. The inside of the pillows has broken up, rendering them unusable.
When I try to ask for a refund. kgbdeals tell me to contact the merchant, find out what they refund policy is and return them. When I have proved that they have been safely delivered to the merchant, they say that they will provide a refund. The catch22 situation is that Zenbedrooms tell me to approach kgbdeals.
I feel totally scammed and really, really cheesed off.

Sadly this does not surpise me.
We had similar poor service from KGB Deals and they refused to refund me.
A complete nightmare outfit - will never buy from them again.
People need to be aware of the customer service (non existent) you will receive fom them.0 -
I bought a voucher for a massage but when I called to redeem the voucher the therapist told me to book online. I tried - she did have a facility for booking using the KGB voucher but she had no availability. I contacted KGB and they suggested I book through them and asked what time I wanted to go. This was ridiculous and totally impractical. They then suggested that I book online and take a normal full price slot but put a note in the comments to say I was on KGB deals. This was equally ridiculous - not least in that she had only one slot in the next six weeks for full price customers. This went on and on. I have asked no end of times for a refund but KGB just patronisingly say how sorry they are for all the stress this is causing me and come up with another inane suggestion. There have now been about a dozen emails. They are clearly crooks and have no intentions of ever refunding despite their stated policy. I will never KGB again and agree with the comments above that Groupon are much more user-friendly.0
