Wrong....you can do many things online....including increase your overdraft...delete payees by secure messaging service...etc
Yes really please tell me how you can increase your overdraft and delete payees without having to give them a call.
Sometimes I even have to phone them to set up payees as the online system doesn't always work setting them up.
FD is more of a telephone bank than it is an internet bank. The FD website needs a serious overhaul. Though I don't think it will do this as it will put there call centre jobs at risk as people will be able to do everything online.Time is a path from the past to the future and back again. The present is the crossroads of both. :cool:0 -

+1. A few weeks ago i used their online banking to setup a new payment to my Halifax Clarity card. So selected 'Halifax Clarity' from their drop down list and made a test payment of £1. Payment returned 2 days later despite payment ref being correct. Turns out i should have selected 'Halifax mastercard' from the drop down list. Though FD did apologise and credited my current account with £10 as a goodwill gesture.0 -

......and then you ignored your own common sense and did what most people with common sense wouldn't do....ring an 0845 number from a mobile !
What a pointless rant !
Normally, I would not have used my mobile phone but on this occasion I forgot about the costs. Goodness sakes. I think your response was uncalled for. I wanted to remind other users not to make the same mistake that I did.
