Because I have to say a big thank you!

Went there today and I can honestky say it is the first time, in a long time, that I've actually liked the way my hair looked when I came out of the hair dressers!

Due to a staffing problem I had to wait a while but was given the hair cut for half price but wouldn't have minded paying full price to be honest.

I've even booked another appointment in April....I was that impressed!

So thanks once again.

It was me that recommended The Hairshop!!! SO glad you were pleased! I was a bit scared when I saw the title of your post-until I read it! I've been going there for a while now-never been disappointed! Actually have people asking where I get my hair cut and saying how much they like my hair! Never had that before I went there. Anyway, really pleased that you were happy and nice to know that I helped!

I thought the title might be taken the wrong way ....evil sense of humour, you see!

No I'm not puting a piccy up ....not that photogenic !

I do live a fair way from Swansea but to be honest I think it will be well worth going as I was so pleased with the cut and everyone was so nice there......not to mention the fact that I had planned to go to a hairdresssers in the Bay but I've been unhappy with the way they cut my hair the twice I've been there (why did I go back there a second time ???) and they were going to charge a £100 for the treatment that I wanted

So as far as I'm concerned its a win win situation!

  • I am appalled at some of the comments posted on the Google review page and wanted to redress the balance.

Like so many of you, I have never had a bad hair-cut in the 15yrs (yes I was a customer when the old shop was on the Kingsway, above the gents outfitters). My hair will keep its shape and style 4mths after being cut. No other Swansea hair stylist can achieve this feat - 2 mths in and their poor styling and uneven cutting shows.

Some complained of Kev's lateness and rudeness. Like the rest of us he too is human. He is apologetic for his lateness and will offer a reduced price. I would rather sit patiently and wait for my cut rather than make a fool of myself walking through Swansea with wet hair.

I am moving to London in September and Kevin will still be my stylist.
