Just wondered what the views of everybody are about the forthcoming changes allowing the scammers the right to demand the owners of vehicles to reveal drivers names (I won't bore you with my views on that piece of legislation). Presumably the basic legal position of an unenforcible invoice remains, so is the advice to pass on the drivers name - who then ignores the scam letters - or simply ignore the first request for the drivers name (which as I read it you might not be able to do)?
