Cheapest Monthly IT Investment?

Hi all,
I followed the iii thread on here re costs as I was just about to join and use this platform for monthly contributions to IT's. Since then I have finalised my IT list and found that some of the companies actually do shareplans which I have joined. However I am still missing a few of my 'core' IT's which I want to drip feed into.
So which is the cheapest place to do this? Halifax has gone up to £2, but no inactivity fees and other charges from what I can gather, £11.95 to sell. td £1.50. SIPP deal £1.50, £9.95 to sell. iii, £1.50 - am I missing any other charges? Eg inactivity or management fees??? I don't want to get stung here on small amounts invested.
