Hermes/ELC issue

Hi folks
I ordered a parcel from ELC which hasn't arrived, chased it up and they've tracked it as being delivered and signed for, by me. On the date they claim it was signed for Hermes delivered two parcels and got two signatures from me, but the disputed parcel wasn't one of them. Where do I go from here? ELC have a signature as proof it was delivered but I don't have the item. Do I chase Hermes? If so, how?
Thanks in advance.

What were your other two parcels and where were they from? If you have proof of the order for those, and the tracking numbers for them then you could easily prove the ones you signed for were not the one from ELC."So long and thanks for all the fish" :hello:0

I can't believe I didn't think of that myself
The other parcels were; a jacket from Next - showing as "Delivered 15.49pm" and a pair of shoes from ASOS showing as "signed for 15.43pm" both on the 23rd. The ELC parcel was signed for at 12.16pm on the same day, which makes very little sense (why would the courier return 3 hours later rather than give me them all at once?).
I will bring this to ELC's attention, thank you very much.Quid quid latine dictum sit, altum videtur0
