If the seller never responded to the dispute or uploaded her proof of delivery, then she can't really claim after the event.

Ignore her, or report her if the messages are abusive, directly threaten physical violence, or are of the 'I know where you live' variety.

Why not just ignore and delete messages without evening opening/reading them? He will soon get bored.

Best to save any messages from the seller. If he escalates this , e-bay will need to see them.

I am of the opinion that all abusive buyers and sellers should be reported to e-bay. If not they could continue, with serious consequences if they pick on a particularly vulnerable person.

Surely eBay can see the history of messages sent/received even when deleted? Or can't they be moved to another folder such a 'trash' and stored? If not just mark as 'read' without reading. If he is that bored and continues then report to eBay and ask them to read the messages you have received as you believe they may be abusive and threatening, that way you don't have to see what has been sent to you so it won't cause you upset/fear.

Should have said if he had provide ebay with proof of delivery then you would not have been refunded. So stop telling lies.

Then just send all future messages to ebay as harassment.

But what do you think ebay will do? They are simply a business, not a welfare organisation.
By all means, give it a shot. But don't expect too much.
