Help with credit card choice

Hi,

I'm looking to help my mum with her 5k credit card debt.

She has this one an mbna and barcleycard.

She's also going to sell her house soon wihch will free up some capital and pay it off in the next 3 months but at the moment shes paying about £70 in interest a month.

What would you suggest the best card is to move these onto as 0% ones seem to have a fee of around 3% which would wipe out any benefits??

Many thanks for your help!

she will have in the money for the house in three months?
is the already house under offer?

    a BT fee of 3% for 5000 is £150

presumably she has a very good credit history and an good salary?
