If you have been provided with a company vehicle for some time it is classed as an assumed part of your package and a good employment solicitor / HR expert will be able to assist you with payment in lieu of the vehicle.
When you were first given the vehicle was there anything in writing to say it is solely for business use or was it business use with any private mileage paid for by you?
If no written clear agreement then you have something to fight and at the very least get compensated for the loss of vehicle right up to you official end of employment / notice period
