Does a property website exist that...

tells you when a property went onto the market and if there have been any drops in price (including dates and amounts)?

If not then someone should start one since I'd subscribe to it for a reasonable fee!

I'm sure you are right that some might. To date I've found they are a bit vague; "I think it's been on for about three weeks".

However such a website would be good for the 'just looking' process. It would give you an idea of whether people are likely to accept a lower offer. It would also be good if they gave you the sort of info (perfhaps in selectable layers) found on websites like http://www.ourproperty.co.uk/index.html and https://www.ononemap.com

just had a look at both of those websites, both of them are good... and Ive book marked them both, like the one property where you can actually see on the map where the house is located, helps with people like us where i'm looking in a location that i don't know very well.
Listen to what people say, but watch what people what people do!!
