Aqua Rewards credit card

in Credit cards
I applied for the Aqua Rewards credit card with the intention of using it only for my overseas trip, in Africa, in December. Using only the card for all transactions over the duration of the trip and paying the amount in full upon my return from my accrued savings. However, I have only been rewarded £250 worth of credit - not helpful for a 3 week trip. So my questions: if I use the Aqua card over the next 4 months in the UK (paying it off in full monthly) could I be legible for an credit increase AND is it wise to use this card in the UK ie will I be charged high rates etc - is it best only for overseas use? Any advice would be helpful!

Six months before they will consider an increase.
And the interest rates don't matter, assuming you are paying off in full every month. In any case, they would be no different to the rate you would pay on overseas spending.
You can always make mid-month payments in addition to your normal payment.0
