What is APR refund and Rebate Refund?

Sorry, am as confused as my name!! Saw these 2 credits on my BoS online CC statement and have no idea what they mean. Can anyone enlighten me?
The 1st is for £9500 and the 2nd for £1500. I put in a claim 6 weeks ago and called the helpline as these credits were put in on the 18th July, but told still under investigation and will take 8 weeks.
Now my mind is spinning! I have scoured the forum and a lot of people also mention Premium Refund, but there is nothing on my CC so goodness knows where these 2 figures have come from.
Any help to explain these much appreciated before my mind goes into overdrive!

One is the PPI that you paid, rebate refund and the other is the interest, Apr refund.0
