Looking to buy a flat in edinburgh for about 125k
My salary is as follows:
22602 + 10% guranteed bonus per anum.
I have a 10% deposit for a 125k flat, therefore the question is i need to borrow 112.5k
Where should i be looking and what rates will be available.
must be capital repayment.

It depends what you re looking for really. are you looking for a fixed rate? will you be living alone. there are a lot of factors to be considered when looking at a mortgage. how long do you want to take the mortgage over? whats your credit status like?I am a Mortgage Adviser

credit should be no problems,
will be living with my girlfriend however i would like mortgage in my name. would also like a fixed rate0 -
So you would be looking at 4.5 times your income
DO you have any other debts in the background?
This looks do-able especially if your GF will be contributing towards household expenditure

If you've had a good recomendation then I would suggest, doing your homework as you have been doing, and the going to see the adviser and letting them come up with different options for youI am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
