My daughter has just been unfairly dismissed from her job under the term 'gross misconduct'. This is being challenged through ACAS. She rents and has 2 young children. What immediate benefits is she entitled to?

Her youngest child is 4 yrs old and her son is 6yrs old.0

as she has a child inder 5, she can claim income support. also she should inform ctc as her award should go up0

IS,LHA/HB,CTB,CB,CTC.
If she's not working once her youngest reaches 5 she'll be transferred to JSA (from IS) and be expected to look for work.0
