Travel Insurance

Hi all, we are off abroad soon and looking for travel insurance.Now my chap had an operation in 1985 to cut a narrowing of his aorta and open it up(first time abroad for him). The web insurers had a drop down but none covered this but we have to answer yes to if he has ever had heart issues. (he has been all clear and no probs since 1990) Can anyone give me ideas of companies to phone for travel insurance that won't cost the earth? I need to phone because online doesn't offer the option to explain the previous op.

    I've an annual policy through American Express who unbelievably added no extra dosh for my destroyed nervous system and heart function, and my cover includes my condition. Might be worth a shout!
